3. Help others:
Helping people is another way to feel good about you. It helps to eliminate negative emotions from your life and slowly teaches you to be grateful for what you have. 5. Practice gratitude:
Being grateful for everything in life is the biggest secret to happiness. It changes the entire way you look at life.
